By accessing and using the Unity Spirit Partners website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Unity Spirit Partners provides premium web development services, including cinematic landing pages, website design, and digital marketing solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
Each project is governed by a separate agreement that outlines:
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and approval.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables, including website code and design assets. Unity Spirit Partners retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unity Spirit Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
